Victoria Vetri was Playboy's Playmate of the Year in 1968 and guest-starred on TV series such as Mission: Impossible, Batman, Hogan’s Heroes, The Man from U.N.C.L.E., Perry Mason, Bonanza, McHale’s Navy, Daniel Boone, Land of the Giants, Hawaiian Eye, and Cheyenne, as well as movies such as Rosemary's Baby, Group Marriage, and Invasion of the Bee Girls. She is most famous for fending off dinosaurs in the Hammer Films production of When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth.
A tumultuous personal life came to a head in 2010 when a domestic conflict exploded into Victoria shooting her husband (he survived). Now out of prison, Victoria tells her first person account of the ups-and-downs of Hollywood and her personal life, drawing upon her detailed diaries, letters, notes, calendars and other memorabilia.
